Nanoelicitors with prolonged retention and sustained release to produce beneficial compounds in wines

چکیده
We designed nanoparticles able to protect the elicitor on leaves of grapevines over long periods time. The foliar application this nanoelicitor produced wines with high content stilbenes at significantly reduced dosages.
